The nano Induct (NIND) should have a green light and blue light. A red light indicates that the lamp has failed, or there is something else that has failed on the ballast. If replacing the AHPCO Cell doesn't change the red light to green, then the unit should be replaced. A blue flashing light indicates that it is time to replace the AHPCO Cell.
